Saudi Pulmonary Education Group (SPEG)

The Saudi Pulmonary Education Group (SPEG), a subsidiary of the Saudi Thoracic Society is a dynamic group of pulmonologists with main interest in providing continuous education to pulmonologists and post graduate fellows.

Mission

  •  Provide continuous updated learning in basic and advanced
    pulmonary medicine.
     
  • Collaborate and lead national and international pulmonary
    educational groups to deliver best clinical practice in pulmonary
    medicine.

Vision

  •  Practice excellence in pulmonary medicine.
  •  To lead and provide continuous education in pulmonary medicine
    to postgraduate fellows and pulmonary physicians.

Objectives

  •  Provide product updates in pulmonary medicine
  •  Provide specialty-focused courses and workshops.
  • Engage postgraduate fellows to participate in scientific activities
    conducted by the STS.
  •  Encourage scientific research activities in the field of pulmonary
    Medicine.
